Habits that are Making You Exhausted

I found this article on Lifehacker that displays a good slideshow on habits that are exhausting us. I work from home now and sit for way too long and make it worse by leaving chat apps open all day and constantly checking them/responding to them or having too many websites open to do multiple things at once, which really isn’t helping me accomplish anything at all! So close your Slack or Discord now and again (unless you absolutely need them for work, and even so, try to limit notifications to really important ones), make sure you drink water and get up and walk around the room. Go for a walk outside if it’s nice out, or put on some music. Take a shower in the middle of the day if needed. You deserve and *need* the break! 💙
